
Quinoa Spiced Banana Apple Bread

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup quinoa
1/3 cup water
3 ripe bananas
2 apples
2 eggs
3 Tbsp of coconut oil
1/4 cup monkfruit
1 1/2 tsp cinammon
Spices: 1/2 tsp of: ground cloves, allspice, ground ginger, turmeric and salt.


Instructions:
Rinse the quinoa, and soak it in clean water for 12 hours, then rinse again.
Blend the quinoa with 1/3 cup of water until smooth.
Add the eggs, bananas, spices, monkfruit, coconut oil and salt, blend until smooth.
Peel the apples and chop them in little pieces.
Integrate the apples to your batter.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
