Ingredients:

1o medium sized roma tomatoes

1 garlic knob

1 white onion

4 sweet chili peppers

1 habanero (only use 1/4) optional

3 Tbsp homemade pesto

1 Tbsp anchovy paste

1 1/2 tsp salt 

Drizzle olive oil and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Pre heat your oven to 350

Place your tomatoes, onion, and peppers on a baking tray.

Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Bake for 40 minutes.

Place everything in a blender with the pesto, anchovy paste, and salt.

Blend until smooth.
