  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ large yellow onion, diced

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise (for extra juiciness)

  • 8 slices cheddar cheese

  • 6 oz shredded cheddar

  • 24 dinner rolls

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
