Why These Stuffed Peppers Are a Healthy Choice

Bell peppers themselves are rich in vitamin C, making this dish a well-rounded meal that boosts immunity and promotes digestion.

How Easy Are They to Make?

This recipe is simple and quick, requiring minimal prep and just a few ingredients. Here’s how to make them:

  1. Prepare the peppers – Slice bell peppers in half, remove seeds, and lightly roast them to soften.

  2. Make the filling – Sauté spinach with garlic and onions, then mix in crumbled feta cheese and seasonings.

  3. Stuff and bake – Fill the peppers with the spinach-feta mixture, bake until tender, and enjoy!

To enhance the flavors, consider topping them with fresh herbs, a drizzle of olive oil, or a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. These additions bring out the richness of the dish while keeping it light and wholesome.
